DONATIONS are still needed and appreciated. We are continuing our fight, but are in need of funds to do so. We are encouraging Broomfield First members and all residents to express your appreciation to the two council members who have consistently fulfilled their elected mandate to hear their constituents and seriously consider their wishes: Bob Gaiser and Dennis McCloskey are the only two councilmembers who have voted against Wal-Mart in all three pivotal votes on Oct 10, 2006, March 27 and June 26, 2007. Write, email, or phone them and let them know they have your gratitude and support, as they have heard and supported us. Other ways to help include talking to your neighbors and encouraging them to find out why Wal-Mart is not the best choice for the gateway to Broomfield.
